4. Placing Orders
4.1. Account Creation

5. Delivery Policy
AFRI Fresh delivers nationwide across the UK. Our goal is to provide timely and efficient delivery of your meals while ensuring freshness and quality. The following conditions apply:
5.1. Delivery Times
Standard delivery is within 48-72 hours of order confirmation. For bulk orders or custom catering, additional processing time may be required. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.
5.2. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance between our preparation facility and your delivery address. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process. AFRI Fresh is not
liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as adverse weather, traffic disruptions, or courier issues.

If you experience any problems with your delivery, such as missing or incorrect items, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action, which may include issuing a refund or arranging for redelivery.

Refunds are not provided for:
